The company manages its flagship operations under www.artisanfurniture.net, with an extensiveglobal footprint supported by multiple fulfillment centers and registered entities:

2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Artisan Furniture brand name is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, and India. Artisan Furniture holds intellectual property registrations with the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO), including design and patent protections. All product designs, imagery, written content, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Global Vision Direct Limited and protected under international IP laws.
3. Definitions
- Reseller: Any individual, company, or entity purchasing Artisan Furniture products for resale.
- Large Corporate Platform: Any retail chain, e-commerce platform, or digital marketplace operating across multiple locations/jurisdictions, using centralized procurement/vendor systems, and maintaining operations on a national or multinational scale. Examples include Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, Tesco, B&Q, Robert Dyas, and equivalents. Listings on such platforms may be restricted unless the platform’s multi-channel selling policy permits resale and Artisan Furniture approval is obtained where applicable
- Independent Sales Platform:
A sales channel owned and controlled by the reseller, including proprietary websites, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or equivalent.
Permitted Marketplace
Third-party marketplaces that are not classified as Large Corporate Platforms, or platforms where resale is expressly allowed under applicable multi-channel selling policies.
4. Policy Statement
Resellers are strictly prohibited from uploading, listing, or offering Artisan Furniture products on any Large Corporate Platform, unless the platform’s multi-channel selling policy explicitly permits such listings and any required prior written approval has been obtained from Artisan Furniture.
Resellers are free to sell Artisan Furniture products across their own Independent Sales Platforms and Permitted Marketplaces without restriction, provided such sales comply with the applicable marketplace policies and Artisan Furniture brand guidelines.
Indirect uploads through subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents are also prohibited where such actions circumvent this policy.
5. Enforcement and Remedies
- Suspension & Termination: Breach of this Policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of reseller accounts.
- IP Enforcement: Unauthorized sales will be treated as violations of Artisan Furniture’s IP rights. Remedies include takedown requests, platform complaints, injunctive relief, and damages.
- Audit Rights: Artisan Furniture reserves the right to audit reseller activities and demand full disclosure of sales channels.
6. Binding Acknowledgment
By entering into a reseller arrangement with Artisan Furniture, resellers expressly agree to comply with this Policy. Non-compliance constitutes a material breach of contract and triggers immediate enforcement measures without further notice.
